MORE TOP 100 PLAYERS: BACK to Player No. 39 | FORWARD to Player No. 37 | Top 100 archive

The two-time PGA TOUR Comeback Player of the Year won't need another one in 2009. He's firmly entrenched himself among the game's best. Granted, he only earned half as much as he did in 2007 -- but when you're talking $2.4 million vs. $4.6 million, his accountant won't be quibbling. Stricker started 2008 just as he had left off, posting seven finishes of 14th or higher in his first nine starts. One of those was a four-hole playoff loss to Daniel Chopra at the season-opening Mercedes-Benz Championship. U.S. Ryder Cup Captain Paul Azinger was impressed, too, making Stricker one of his four wild-card picks. -- Helen Ross
The chart above represents this player's rank on TOUR in 2008 for five skill ratings categories. Each category is based on an aggregate score which is calculated from key statistics for that skill area.
